A source close to the development has said that the movie bosses wanted to release Veeram in 500 screens, but due to other releases, the Ajith's flick has only 350 theatres. Efforts are being made to get more number of screens, and the screen count is expected to reach 375 before the release. It is also said that due to Vijay's Jilla, which is also releasing for Pongal, Ajith's Veeram isn't getting the required number of screens.
