Watch rustic Ajith in Veeram

Veeram,the action masala family entertainer from the stables of director Siruthai Siva is raising feverish expectations of fans of Ajith and film buffs after Ajith’s earlier releases that showed him in stylish urban chic.

Veeram story is set against the rural backdrop and is a Ottanchathiram-based movie. The storyline revolves around five brothers played by Ajith Kumar, Vidarth, Bala, Munish and Suhail. Produced by Vijaya Productions, Tamanna Bhatia plays the female lead opposite Ajith in Veeram.

Veeram is touted to be one of the biggest releases for Thala Ajith. The crew has reportedly booked 350 screens for Veeram. The Pongal treat for Ajith’s fans is currently undergoing post-production works and getting ready for censor certification.

Ajith-Tamanna duet accompanied by 500 dancers, two songs shot in Switzerland and a much-talked about high energy train stunt sequence shot on Andhra Pradesh-Odisha border are said to be the highlights of the Ajith-starrer.

The recently released teaser of Veeram showing off Ajith in white dhoti and shirt in his trademark ‘salt and pepper look’ and uttering ‘enna naan solradhu’  has sent his fans in a tizzy.

The film’s music composed by Devi Sri Prasad is expected to be released sometime this month and the film will hit the theatres on January 10,2014.
